The “build” side of our design/build business installs any size project – large or small. Our field installation crews specialize in sanitary welding but regularly fabricate pipe hanging systems, platforms, ladders, specialty fittings and much more. We represent more than 100 manufacturers for the food, beverage and dairy industries and we install the equipment that we sell.
Our engineers are recognized experts in the sanitary processing and packaging system design fields. We combine creativity, ingenuity and experience to design a solution that meets and exceeds your needs. Statco-DSI was founded in 1982 by industry experts ranging in experience from factory sales managers to plant maintenance and purchasing personnel.
Over the past 40+ years, we’ve grown significantly through increased sales, expanded product offerings, close factory relationships and timely business acquisitions. From 11 offices located coast-to-coast, we are recognized as the largest distributor and systems integrator in the United States, with annual sales of approximately $175 million.
